I had the most amazing experience at Joleen's Beauty Bar recently, where I got highlights and a fresh cut that I absolutely love. Joleen, my talented stylist, expertly blended the highlights with my dark and gray hair, and the cut is not only effortlessly elegant but also easy for me to maintain. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere, and Joleen's friendly and attentive nature made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My hair has not felt this healthy or looked this pretty in so long! 10/10 would 100% recommend!
Joleen is fantastic at her craft!!! I go to her for extensions. She uses a fantastic technique that doesn’t damage your hair. She an expert at color matching and cutting. She does them in half the time as other places that I’ve gone to in the past and she’s very reasonable. She’s so kind and really cares about her clients! Her salon is so beautiful! You can tell she pours a lot of love into her business. I highly recommend you go see Joleen in New City!!!
Joleen came highly recommended. She was quick to respond to my texts about my hair and totally on point. I am a nervous wreck when trying someone new and she did not disappoint! So glad I found someone so close that did such a beautiful job. So talented, and easy to talk to. Joleen made my expereince that much more enjoyable!! Needless to say I found my new spot!!
