Had an excellent experience with Sunray Services from our initial meeting to the installation of a new outdoor A/C unit. The process was straightforward - they confirmed that our A/C unit needed replacement after 22 years and explained the different options available and associated costs. The install was scheduled for a few days later. The team arrived promptly, removed our existing unit and and air handler and did a great job with the installation of the new unit. We were waked through operation of the new thermostat and then they were on their way with no trace that they had been in our home.

Spencer, Sun Ray's tech, arrived at the stated time ready to diagnose the lack of cooling in one zone. He replaced the blown capacitor in the outside compressor and subsequently checked the system.
We were able to get help the very next day after calling them. They came and knew what was wrong right away. We had our AC system up and running in 10 minutes. The young gentleman was very polite and extremely helpful. Definitely using them again for any future services.
