I urge anyone thinking of doing business with Russ Fragala to walk away, quickly, and DON'T give him any money. He'll take a deposit and walk away. It's been 2 months since he took a deposit from me for a straightforward job, one day, 2 at the most. For the last 2 weeks I have had no communication from him whatsoever. Does not return calls, ignores texts, and his voicemail is now full (surprise!). DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY BUSINESS
