Ray is the best!!! He explains everything from diagnosis to parts and procedures. I honestly feel that I've learned a thing or two from his explanations. He is fast and thorough and even recommended a great plumber to install my water heater because he was unable to devote the time. The last plumber you'll ever need. Seriously.

Recommended by a friend several years ago, I called Ray Lofrese to do some work on my house, specifically adding a heating zone in a newly finished basement. Being meticulous myself, and having just finished off the basement space, I didn't want to use someone that didn't come recommended that would wind up wrecking my newly painted and finished space. Ray came in and did an awesome, professional and clean install for a more than reasonable price given the quality of the materials used and the keen attention to detail, like ensuring the measurements and placement of the baseboards were symmetrical and visually pleasing to the eye. Since then Ray has done several additional jobs for me to include snaking plumbing, adding additional heating zones, repairing in-wall plumbing lines, etc, and I've recommended him to several contacts all of whom have had nothing but glowing reviews. Highly recommended for anyone that needs plumbing work done. Ray is an incredible guy, very personable, meticulous in his work, and explains everything. Not much else I can say other than you will not be disappointed.
