“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.“

I brought it in, showed the stains, and they were all gone when i went to pick it up. Just graduated to becoming an adult so now i dry clean my button down shirts as well. Owners are very courteous.“

“Took dresses to get altered work was done and they came out good. Place is organized and clean but the pricing in my opinion is crazy! Also my friend went to get the same dress altered and they charged her a different price … she had to go back in for an adjustment which they honored. Just think the pricing is a bit crazy.“
