“Russ and his company, Rainbow International of Long Island, recently completed work at my home, the quality of which was OUTSTANDING! In October 2022, the kitchen in my home was unexpectedly flooded. I was referred to this company by my insurance agent. They truly made the three month process, which included mold and asbestos removal (both discovered during the renovation) PAINLESS! Every single person from the top (Russ), to the project manager (Keith), to the amazing workers (Izzy and David), to the workers who were contracted to create/install my beautiful cabinets/counters (Jason and Anthony), to the office staff (Gina) were incredibly professional. They were always willing to listen to any concerns and answered all of my questions HONESTLY. But most importantly, this company was extremely flexible, which came into play when my son and I contracted CoVid and work had to be stopped for a period of time. For example, when I asked if they could not enclose the stairway when they were doing the mold/asbestos removal so that we would be able to go upstairs and not have to vacate our home for a period of time. Not only did they do this for us without one complaint, they made sure that it was done SAFELY and that we had access to, not only the stairs, but to other areas of our home well. In the end, the work was professionally completed and looks absolutely beautiful!
