In October 2022, the kitchen in my home was unexpectedly flooded. I was referred to this company by my insurance agent. They truly made the three month process, which included mold and asbestos removal (both discovered during the renovation) PAINLESS! Every single person from the top (Russ), to the project manager (Keith), to the amazing workers (Izzy and David), to the workers who were contracted to create/install my beautiful cabinets/counters (Jason and Anthony), to the office staff (Gina) were incredibly professional. “We had the boiler break down and start flooding the basement. To make matters worse it was a Saturday night and trying to get anyone on the phone for help was next to impossible. I was referred to to Restoration 1 from friends who used them and they did not disappoint. When I called Alex, he was a huge help and was a calming professional voice during a truly stressful time. He was able to get to my house with all the needed equipment quickly to start the clean up and start drying out the basement. When he heard of the difficulty getting a plumber on the phone to get the boiler fixed he was able to get me in touch with one for the fix.
