We contacted Bryan initially as we thought we had bats in our attic. He was quickly able to assess that we did not have bats but did in fact have a mice problem. He was extremely thorough and went through our entire house, attic and basement placing traps and documenting with pictures all evidence he found of mice. He came back a few weeks later to check the traps and we had him do a full mice exclusion, sealing up all entry points into our house to prevent us from getting mice in the future. Bryan has been nothing but knowledgeable & helpful w/ our "uninvited" friends... we initially thought we had a squirrel issue but Bryan knew instantly that it was a mice infestation! Three weeks later we're no longer hearing scratching behind our walls. I recommend him without hesitation & it was not as bad as I thought it would be regarding the bill/price. He also happens to be a great guy as well!
