Alex and his team did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors. He was extremely communicative and clearly explained the work he was doing. He kept us posted daily with progress pictures. He thoughtfully pointed out potential enhancements we could make to the house. Alex and his team were flexible and accommodating. Overall, he’s a very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly guy. We enjoyed our experience with Majestic Floors. Our home had red cherry wood floors in the living area and carpeting in the bedrooms. Alex and his team completely transformed the vibe of the house by removing all the carpeting and restaining the wood to a lighter, natural look. During the process, Alex kept us informed of each step and shared photos to keep us posted of progress. Overall communication was always smooth and prompt. We’d definitely recommend his service!!

Alex and his team went above and beyond, getting our floors into top shape. He patiently explained the process and laid out our options, and gave his opinion without being pushy. Alex returned multiple times to try out different stains to help us make our decision. He helped us move furniture and remove closet doors. Truly above and beyond. He sent pictures throughout the process to keep us updated, and was communicative throughout. The process was seamless and truly dustless too!
