Micheal changes a circulator pump to one of my heating zones. He also removed the air inside all of the pipes. He explained all the different components to the furnace. We now have lots of heat in our house. Thank you.
I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the work that Yost & Campbell (Y&C) did installing my HVAC System. I had made a decision based on my initial meeting with the salesperson, Omar, who was very thorough in explaining every aspect of the work to be done in layman's terms. In fact, he explained things about my current system that I did not know, Above all, Omar did not use the salesman pressure tactics. The Y&C's Contractors were exceptional - professional, courteous, diligent and seemed to collaborate very well with each other. I witnessed phenomenal teamwork!! In addition, the Field Supervisor was extremely patient showing and explaining to me how to operate the thermostat. This I did not expect. I thought he would say: "read the instruction book." I want to thank Ashley, the Project Coordinator, for her organization and communication in making me a very satisfied customer. On a scale of 1 to 10, with "1" being would not recommend and "10" being would recommend, I give Yost & Campbell a 10++ Joan M.
