it was my first time going to a gynecologist so I was feeling a little awkward. she was very sweet and explained everything she was going to do step by step, and made me feel very comfortable with her.

Excellent GYN doctor, Dr. Sheila Pongnon, listens to all your concerns, very positive very encouraging , also the appointments are very much on time, I would definitely recommend Dr. Sheila Pongnon

This facility is no longer the same and not for the better. It’s been 7 years since coming here and I can definitely see the changes. Dr. Pognon no longer cares about her patients. Her priorities are elsewhere. You may have an appointment and be waiting your daylights out to be seen then you may be seen by a trainee or PA without your permission. Then you may have to wait months to get a new appointment for any new concerns but for everything they require a tele-health for any follow ups. Her PA is not very knowledgeable and seems very rude saw her once and have asked never to be seen by her again. I no longer feel like a valid patient.
