Raytone was great from start to finish. Our two 80 lb. dogs are like shedding machines, and they love to leave 80%-90% of their fur on our brand new, expensive, wool carpet. I spoke to Angela who was able to get us an appointment in a timely manner (THANK YOU, ANGELA!).Ron and Tom were at our house promptly at 9:30am, put on their booties, explained the process, and went to work.
