Honestly great guys over at Fred M. Schildwachter & Sons Inc. They auto-deliver my oil without any problems, their emergency team is excellent and fast, and their service plan is well worth the money. These guys are great and have been using them for over a year now. Very good pricing too.
My compliments to Schildwachter for the professional service they have provided for over 20+ years. They are completely dependable in all aspects of what you want in an oil company. (on time delivery, service calls, yearly maintenance, budgets plans, etc.) The office staff, service staff, delivery drivers and boiler maintenance employees are all professional and customer service oriented. You couldn't do better if you're looking for an oil company.
Update: happened to “stumble” with one of their company maintenance crews. Told them about my concerns. And a short while later I got a call back to make things right.

Usually Great service, however, I had a recent furnace cleaning appointment, and usually I would get a call to my cellphone (even if there was an earlier opening, and I would be asked if they could come in earlier or at an earlier date)
But this time, I noticed a door hanger sign, stating they couldn’t deliver oil between X time, to X time.
