So we mistakenly shipped out our IDs and passport and travel documents together with all our stuff.We called Stephen @ 7:40 am the next morning and he was so kind and responsive. Findlay staff was so kind and they unpacked several boxes that were ready to ship in the container.We were able to retrieve our documents!We are thankful for their kindness and cooperation.
