Called them this morning and spoke to someone who was incredibly nice. Offered to come by today which they did. Knew exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator and fixed it. I thought they were very reasonable in cost and very nice to work with

Great experience!! I called on a weekend for same day refrigerator repair and was all done in a matter of hours. I just scheduled a repair for my stove tomorrow and am expecting the same great service!

I really don't know how to qualify this review to temper my anecdotal enthusiasm other than with with some form of empirical evidence. That's hard when I feel like I've just witnessed a magical event. I Called at 12PM. Ijumaa arrived the same day- before I had time to clean the kitchen - and left having completed his diagnosis, defrost and disassembly, repairs, reassembly, perspicuous explanations, and preventative care adjustments and instructions just before 2PM. I am relieved that the refrigerator is operating optimally and that I will never have to search for another trusted appliance repair service. Thank-you, Dockery's!
