Your value, "Take care of customers," does not apply to Burk VA Enterprise. The insurance company made a reservation for a small SUV for me at their location. I made a call to Parker, who assured me that he would have the car ready by the time I arrived. I contacted the facility to let them know I was on my way, enabling them to prepare accordingly. William answered the phone, and I told him I am on my way and asked him to prepare the car. He put me on hold for 24 minutes, and while I arrived at the facility, they both were standing and talking. I introduced myself and told them that I was the person on hold. Their eyes lit up, and William, trying to convince me he was busy or something, picked up a car key and walked out. They were unable to explain why they had placed me on hold. Later, I discovered that Parker was the shift manager. SAD! He also did not have the car. They lacked professionalism and were unfit for the job.

The installer came in last year to do this job, I didn't find him particularly friendly but I don't care as long as he does a great job! The one thing that is of the highest importance when installing wall to wall rugs is the seams! You need to know how to properly cut the carpet and seam them together...needless to say I have a very noticeable to the eye seam going down the middle of my room! They came back and pretended it wasn't that big of a deal but after spending so much money on new carpets all for them to mess it up completely and then take $0 dollars off or any responsibility I would never ever recommend them!
