we have a runner rug that goes from first to second floor. inherited from the previous owner and it looked very dirty. we called B/P and got a quote which was very reasonable. DeMarcus came the next day and spent well over an hour here. The result went way, way beyond our expectations. We were seriously considering getting rid of the rug, but now it looks almost new. These guys know what they are doing. period.

My love seat was cleaned by a very professional, courteous, efficient and friendly tech. The whole process was easy. This was my first time using B/P and I'll continue to use them in future. I have some rugs to clean! (Someday!) Just be sure you get your measurements right so the correct price is quoted and you're not surprised. Also, it seems you have to ask for any discounts - I received an offer afterwards, which I would've preferred to take advantage of. Thanks much.

B/P Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc. was established in May 1988 by Bobby Anderson. During this time, Bobby worked for Borden International, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator. As a coordinator, his responsibilities included putting together product packaging, product advertising and promotional efforts. While working there, Bobby cleaned carpet on the weekend. After six months, Bobby left his job and focused his attention on the carpet cleaning business. From the beginning, Bobby realized the importance of education within the industry. The first carpet cleaning class was a DuPont Stainmaster certification course taught by Doyle Bloss of Steamway International.
