I have been going to Jackie for years now. She is very talented at what she does. She is a nail tech as well as do beautiful lashes. Although she is booked and busy she will make time for your own professional experience.

Ok so the good is that the owner Grace seems friendly or at least presents herself as friendly. She so cute that it almost makes me feel bad for leaving this review...ALMOST. She also seems to have some loyal customers which means at least some people are satisfied (otherwise, I'd give one star). Sadly, I can't say the same. Almost four hrs down the drain for work that was sloppy at best. Overpriced in my opinion (lack of cuticle cutting, soaking, etc.) and tried to convince me to pay more for a gel pedicure because there was an issue with matching colors (trust me, NOT my fault). In fairness, she ended up offering it no extra charge but by then I was over it. Very hit or miss quality of work according to my observations. Other customers looked annoyed as well. My conclusion? This is probably an establishment on cruise control. If another nail salon (with better service) opens up in close proximity, they'll be in trouble. I won't be back.

The acrylic smell is so strong once you open the door. My sister hated her nails, the guy rushed it and was scared to clean her nails properly and the nail polish was sloppy. I faired a little bit better but not much. There was only one working nail dryer and a fan, because of this i ended up smudging my nail. Went to try and get it fixed, guy (who was doing nothing) told me i had to wait for the lady who literally just started doing someone elses nails. I left and went some where else to have my nails repainted. Wont be going back.
