Dr. Cardinali and his staff are absolutely amazing. Our dog needed emergent surgery and he didn't hesitate at all to help her. The outcome of the surgery was an extreme success and he truly made such an impact on our family. The staff is extremely caring and always does their best to help us when needed and to have our dog be seen. We are forever grateful for Mount Sinai Animal Hospital!
I have been going to Mt Sinai Animal Hospital and Dr Cardinelli for about 30 years. The entire staff is warm, compassionate and truly care about the pets who come through there. But tonight, I believe Dr Cardinelli went above and beyond (although his every day performance is outstanding as well). I called in bc my Cavapoo seemed to be limping a bit. The nurse said they are booked two weeks out bc both vets have been on vacation and I should take her to an animal emergency care. I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at Mt Sinai Animal Hospital for the kindness and compassion they showed during one of the most difficult moments of my life. My beloved dog Luca passed away suddenly from a heart attack, and while nothing can prepare you for that kind of loss, the love and care from the entire team made a world of difference.
