We have a split Mitsubishi it isn't cooling well but does cool. I told they company that there Could.be a leak as it wasn't working that will. Was told tech would be there from 10 to 12 showed up at1. Looked at the unit said I can check if its cooling. I said I asked to check the coolant level. He can't do that he can only check if its cooling.Not what I asked they company to do. Hold him he could leave.I would give them now stars if I could. Elliot from his office said owe a service charge. For what. He was not prepared to do anything at mall.
