“We wanted to re-carpet our furnished 3 bedroom home and replace our kitchen floor (huge undertaking!). After asking around, we heard good things about Niles Flooring in Mohegan Lake, so my wife and I went there to check out options. Two brothers own this business -Anthony showed us samples and was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and VERY patient. He gave us samples of the carpet and floor tiles that we liked to take home so we could review them in our home to see if the colors and textures worked. We did not feel rushed or pressured, which allowed us to select some great options. Once we picked carpet and tile Pat, (Anthony’s brother, and just as friendly and knowledgeable) came to our home a few days later to measure and called us with the quote.

The 4 man team who performed the installation, work directly for Niles (not subcontractors) and were great! They were here on time, worked a very long day, and when they completed the job the crew manager walked around to each room with us, to ensure that we were satisfied. They also work clean-swept, vacuumed and left the rooms perfectly clean. We had moved some of the furniture to the basement, but the team had to move some furniture and placed it all back where it was. We were told the job would take 1-2 days, and it was completed in 1 day, which was amazing!

Bottom line is from beginning to end everyone at Niles exceeded expectations on customer service and quality of their work. An added bonus is the fact that they are a local, family-run business in our community that prides itself on providing a personal touch in every interaction. 100% satisfied with this company.“

Two teams of two people worked on different parts of the kitchen in alternate days, and all of them were extremely respectful, hardworking, and went out of their way to ensure everything was completed according to our vision. They made it very easy for us to live in the apartment while the work was being done, taking every precaution to contain dust and dirt. At the end of each workday, they used a large vacuum to ensure everything was clean, allowing us to access the kitchen without tracking dirt around. The work was completed in three weeks, as Danny had estimated, despite our continual additions. We aimed for a clean, sleek, and easy-to-maintain look, and they absolutely nailed it. I will not hesitate to reach out to Kitchen Champion again for any other remodeling projects in our apartment.“
