I've purchased multiple high end carpets from Creative Flooring through my designer over the years. Their quality and installation are definitely good, though their prices are higher for the same products than other local stores. But when I went in alone today (without my designer), and they didn't know who I was necessarily, the owner was smug and overbearing. She made it clear they want to "help" you throughout the store, but the two people "helping" never put on masks. Creative Flooring delivers another home run a second time around! This is just how it should be with all home improvements and workers that you have come into your home.Rob and Sue Kraft deliver a great product from start to finish. Professional, yet warm and friendly, helpful and good communication. Couldn't be happier with the timely, well priced and professionally executed installation (and clean up) of my new carpeting. Not the most impressive retail store in terms of size but their inventory is extensive and offers a major choice. Service is outstanding and they are absolutely reliable.
