I had an issue with my electric service and Cliff was able to come the next day and find the problem. I asked a question of an issue I had that had nothing to do with the appointment and not only did he give his thoughts but also checked and still worked figuring out the logic of whomever did my switch the way they did and he called me after he was done the job to explain what he was about to figure out. He could’ve left 10 minutes after getting here and finding the issue but he stayed and helped in other ways because I paid for the hour. Sadly a lot wouldn’t care. I’m glad Cliff does. Cliff and his helper came out the same day I called. His secretary kept me informed as to when they would get to my house.. When Cliff got to my house he started checking things out and trouble shooting as to what caused the problem, They were professional, efficient, reasonable and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Had a bit of an electrical emergency. CB Electrical was the only one that was open after 5 PM and took my call right away. Spoke with the owner while he was on vacation in Texas tells you the dedication that they have! He not only listened to me in a frantic state concerned about an electrical fire, but walked me through diagnostic items. Ended up being a lack of maintenance on NYSEG’s end issue is now resolved. They cared more about us as a person, and definitely did not take advantage of us during this scary time would highly recommend them without a doubt!!
