“I was in a bit of a pinch, going out of town, and the nose pad on my glasses fell off. It was extremely uncomfortable. I called and asked if they could help me out even if I did not get the glasses there. The gentlemen said come down and it wouldn't be a problem. The nose pad was unique and hard to find, but he didn't stop trying to find one for me and found a solution. Thank you for your help!“
