Trish responded to my initial email inquiry promptly, and every step of the way she was highly professional. I wasn't in a hurry, but she was able to convert my wedding video to a digital file within just a few days. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. What's not to like?

Trish did an outstanding job transferring 72 VHS-C precious family movie cassettes to DVD in a timely and professional manner. Trish's honest and consistent communications were greatly appreciated.
