This business has changed ownership. While the old guy was great, I can't say the same for the new people. On the alteration of shirt sleeves I was told one price over the phone that I agreed to, but was charged a much higher price when picking up. That's also where I noticed a tiny sign saying that a 4% fee will be added to credit card transactions. They are charged 1-3% as a cost of doing business, I don't know what the extra 1% is for. Look after your customers and they will look after you.

Please go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation. Laundry and dry cleaning is always late and never ready for pickup on time. The starching is uneven and not crisp. My garments were covered in wrinkles and lint despite being laundered. Boooooo!!!

I have been looking for a good tailor in the area for years and have tried a number of them and happily i will be using this place from now on fir my tailor and dry cleaning needs. I brought jeans in on two different occasions and both times 1. the tailor was on the premises 2. They were done in a few days 3. They were reasonable ($12 for hemming jeans) 4. I was happy with the hem (finished and looked like original jean hem).
