Will gladly patronize The Vision World again after today's experience with them. My husband's lens fell out of his glasses today and the screw broke off, making it impossible for him to replace the lens with a new screw. We called and explained the situation and were told by the very friendly employee to bring the glasses in. Within moments of arriving they had the problem solved and we were on our way. What a gem of an establishment right in our backyard!

For the most part we have not had a problem but today was ridiculous. I called them to ensure they would be open until 5pm and the women who answered assured me they were. I left work early to be able to get my daughter here before 5 & she simply needed to just pick out different frames. We got to the door 10mins to 5 and they were closed. All lights off, no one anywhere. If you tell a customer you are open until a certain time, you should be obligated to stay until then.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They take the time to help you with your insurance and finding frames that look good on you!! The best thing is they don’t try to constantly upsell everything and cost you tons of money. Very honest!!! These other reviews are laughable. Who cares what they wear as long as u get what you went there for and then some. Also who shows up at a business 10 minutes before closing to pick out a frame? I’m sure you would have expected them to stay late too just to accommodate your privileged self!! Just go in there for yourself and see that these women are great!!! Don’t listen to the people who are petty and didn’t get their way....read full review
