Went in as my phone wasn’t charging , the technician was super friendly and then immediately helped me , the phone simply just needed a decent cleaning. i very much enjoyed he was straightforward and when i asked about headphones he came up with several options right in my given price range. it was such a great experience that i bought a few other items but the owner (i believe ) wanted to make sure the charging stand was compatible with my new case and upon discovery we realized it wasn’t so he saved me money just by going the extra mile , plus they didn’t even charge me for the cleaning which yes didn’t take long but it was still a service at the end of the day. Overall great customer care , no trying to up sell me on anything and prices are great and i walked out with quality products plus a working phone. If you have any issues with your phone i highly suggest going here.
Excellent job. This company is superb. John and Vasil were fantastic, hardworking and you could see they valued a job well done. I cannot believe I waited so long to have my house exterior cleaned. Folks don’t go buying your own pressure washer and then having to store it. Just call these guys and have it done. The best money ever spent.

I wanted to share an experience I had with Jay from Catskill Custom Closets. I have a closet system that was installed by a previous homeowner and a piece broke. I looked up the name of the closet system, found the closest dealer, and it was Catskill Custom Closets.I emailed them asking if they had built this closet and if they could help me find this part. Jay wrote back same day, said they hadn't installed the closet, but gave me the part numbers and names I needed, with a lot of detail, even though he wasn't able to sell me the parts directly. He stood to make no money, but took time on his weekend to help me out.This is the kind of customer service you simply do not see these days. Based on this experience, I can only imagine that Jay and his team will be amazing to work with on a project.

peter also made a custom stain for our cabinets to work with the colors in our home. the kitchen cabinets are absolutely gorgeous! the stain and finish are subtle, still feel like wood (as opposed to being covered in a thick paint that hides the beautiful wood), and they are incredibly smooth to the touch! we are so pleased!Services: Cabinet painting
