The cut I wanted was 10x's better than expected. Everyone there knows hair and know how to get the best results for their clients. They tell you which shampoo and conditioner is best. They told me how to style my hair (I've been doing it incorrectly all these years, who knew). They showed me short cuts in styling for the best results.
