I was recommended by my Park Mgr to use MS roofing. I had an internal leak so
I had a handyman previously n said he sealed the leak.
A month later another stain came on my ceiling n I knew I needed a real roofer.
So Mike comes out (im worried he’s gonna fall thru cuz it was so long overdue) he’s up there 4 a while I was happy he was taking his time. Gave me an estimate.
But I wanted to get another estimate n see who was cheaper. This guy comes from another roofing Co goes up the ladder & comes back down, comes to my door
and says im not even going to go up there it’s so bad. Im scared I might fall thru!
I knew then Mike was the one for the job. His judgement & confidence to just go right up there like a pro, I was convinced he was the man for the job
He waited a month till he had the perfect weather to do the job right. Which I liked about him.
He came early in the morning w his crew. I saw all gray stuff flying off the roof n im thinking this is gonna b hard to clean up.
But no the last guy there cleaned up so well there was no gray material to be found.
If u need ur roof looked out forget the handyman. I gave his co 5 stars cuz he did such a great job, I couldn’t think of one reason to deduct a star.

“I live on Northgate Drive in Walden, NY and i had contacted John Rojas' cell that was listed on the A-Z home improvement truck for an estimate in Feb 2024 and John came out to my house immediately looked at the damage i had to my soffits, facias and gutters (that were decayed since hurricane IDA in Sept 2021), he gave me an estimate on the spot and i asked if he could email me the estimate as well, and within a day or two I had the emailed copy. I am honored that the owner John Rojas personally came to my home with his experienced workers Rich and Nick and made my home look like it is brand new! The two young men that came first to my home had to deal with two nests of starlings (they are nasty birds),but they relocated the nest of babies knowing that my daughter in law is a biophilia "a love of life and living things", and the nest fell and Rich went back and set it up again and the mama was mad but Rich pointed to the nest and the mama went to her babies. He was awesome! TY Rich! The work was done within 5 hours maybe even less time. I had it done just last week we are on a fixed income and needed time to gather money to pay for the deposit and the final payment which reasonable when i spoke to other professionals and A-Z beat them in cost. AND my home has increased in value. TY GUYS! My legacy will live on! AND I WILL BE CONTACTING YOU AGAIN FOR MORE WORK> I have included photos The first one is the damage (sorry I took photos of the front I had the back and side wrap done as well.) The other photos are the job in process and completed! I am very grateful for your workers and for the owner to take hours out of his day to make this possible!
