I have alopecia in my eyebrow was going to them since January got injection once a month, I see alittle difference which is starting to come back, and the dr today refused more treatment and said to go to the city. Who does this. No I will definitely find another office around...... the worst yet. Never will go back.

Doctor Avi is great. He has amazing bedside manner and beyond thorough. My issue is that since October I have been dealing with a skin blemish that was going to be resolved with injections. My insurance charges me $80 for said injections. 7 appointments later and it was finally decided that these injections don't work and there is nothing the practice can do but refer me out. I wouldn't be so u happy except by January I had mentioned the injections do not seem to work. So $300 later they agreed. I will be finding a new derm for this specific problem.

Quality of patience assistance has gone way down since Sweiger took over. Now you are referred to a call center and cannot anyone from the local office to call back. I've been waiting over a week for a prescription refill. Big thumbs down to this new group.
