This was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I called Robert Rosado (owner of Center for Tax Solutions) and explained I never filed Tax Year 2021. I asked him if he could file 2021 for me. He said no PROBLEM and we made an appointment for 05/01/2024. On that day, I handed him my "2021" Tax documents and he proceeded to do my filing. I had reminded him several times that it was for tax year 2021. Again, he said no problem. He charged me $205 which I immediately paid. I proceeded to call the IRS on May 10, 2024 to confirm they received my taxes for 2021. I tried calling to schedule an appointment and asked if I needed to bring my wife to file our taxes or if I can just come alone with her ID. The owner said no I needed to bring my wife, many other places I called said I didn’t have to bring her (we have 2 small children). He answered the phone like he couldn’t be bothered by my question. When I told him I’d like to schedule an appointment he hung up on me... I guess he had enough business and didn’t need mine, but surely glad I didn’t give him my business in the end with that horrible attitude. If I can give them zero stars that would really express my opinion about this place.

We did emergency heat repair for this organization in March 2016. To this date, after repeated attempts, we have never been paid. Business to business - we do not recommend working with this company.
