Jim is the only contractor I've worked with (or received quotes from) in the area that hasn't left me feeling like I paid for more than I ultimately got. His quote was reasonable, quick, and there was no phone tag or endless nagging to get him to perform the work — even with his incredibly busy schedule. He took time to explain everything as he did it, spelled out all options, and the work he did was higher quality than I could've ever hoped for. He even took the time to fix a poor drywall job from the previous owners, which wasn't included in his scope of work.
