“I started my Sunday with no hot water. I could not lite the pilot. I left a message for Kevin from prestige to call me. He called promptly and was there promptly on Monday. The water heater is 15 years old so it needed replacing. He was able to manually lite the pilot as a temporary fix. We scheduled Thursday and on Thursday morning his guys showed up and replaced the unit. The job was perfect. No muss,no fuss and done quickly and the area left spotless. “Frank is ALWAYS available when needed. In an emergency, e.g. no hot water, something is leaking, serious clog.... Frank is right on the spot. I did a massive installation in an unfinished basement including installing a new bathroom and kitchen which involved drilling a trench in the concrete floor to run the waste line and Frank was exceptional. Best plumber I have ever used!“
