I had an unpleasant experience with a large company in the area and after almost 3 months of waiting, I cancelled my order and went to Niles. I knew the minute I walked into their showroom I was in the right place. Within 2 weeks of going to Niles, my beautiful blinds were ordered and installed and working beautifully. There is nothing like a personal experience, and they certainly gave me that. I can't thank you all enough!
We wanted to re-carpet our furnished 3 bedroom home and replace our kitchen floor (huge undertaking!). After asking around, we heard good things about Niles Flooring in Mohegan Lake, so my wife and I went there to check out options. Two brothers own this business -Anthony showed us samples and was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and VERY patient. He gave us samples of the carpet and floor tiles that we liked to take home so we could review them in our home to see if the colors and textures worked.
