I have been a Windsor customer for a number of years without any problems. However, a few weeks ago an issue arose over a repair/billing matter. I spoke with a manager, Mark, who quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. Very pleased with the outcome & the customer service.
I’ve been a customer for 15 years and have never had an issue with any of the services provided. Staff both in the office or in the field have been courteous , professional, and timely ( especially on those rare occasions when equipment has failed in the middle of the night with temperatures below freezing)
I have been using Windsor for about 6 years. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is unbeatable. Whenever I had a problem, no matter what time day or night, they have always provided prompt and courteous service. I would highly recommend them.
