My family was moving into an apartment in estate condition that needed a lot of work which had to happen quickly, as in 6 weeks from closing to moving in. Kenny worked with us to get work started immediately after we closed. His initial bid beat other contractors and as the job continued, he kept beating everyone else's bids as he took on more and more work. Kenny stayed on budget and was not only able to get the original work done on time, but even got the additional work completed too. Our scope of work started with refinishing the floors, removing popcorn ceilings, putting a new skim coat, and painting the whole apartment, in the kitchen, replacing flooring, cabinets, and lighting fixtures, and at the last minute we added work on the bathroom replacing the floors, replacing tiles on the walls, a new inset medicine cabinet mirror, toilet, vanity, and shower door. Throughout the process, Kenny and his team were in every day, managed subcontractors, and worked with us to find the best fixtures and materials so we could keep the project on track. Anytime we had questions or concerns they addressed them. We are incredibly happy we hired Kenneth Kohler and Metropolitan Painting & Contracting, we would hire them again and highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the renovation of our kitchen and adjoining dining room, living room and entrance foyer that was performed by Metropolitan Painting & Contracting. The communication and attention to details were excellent. Kenny's team took extra care of our personal items and thoroughly cleaned each day before leaving. When I contacted Kenny after the job was completed about some minor wall and floor touch-ups that were necessary, he immediately responded and, within a short time, sent his workers to correct the problem.Thank you Metropolitan Painting & Contracting!
