During one of the most difficult times of our lives, the staff at Cassidy funeral home treated our family with incredible compassion, kindness, and respect. From the moment we walked through their doors, they made us feel like family. Both Bill and Susan were so attentive and made us feel like family.
Losing our brother was heartbreaking, but they guided us through every step of the process with patience, understanding, and genuine care. No question was too small, no request was too much, and they always made sure our brother was honored with the dignity he deserved.

Where do I begin, what’s next, what do I do? If you’re reading this review you’ll understand. With the sudden death of a lost one I was lost, but I knew I had to make arrangements. I got a list from the hospital and called all but one listed. Working with a very tight budget I got a very low quote and figured ok I will skip the last number. But the vibe just didn’t feel right. So I called the last number on the list which was Cassidy. I’m glad I did. Friendly, informative, professional and reasonably priced. Were they the least expensive? No, but they gave off good vibes. Mr. Cassidy and the staff were very professional, compassionate, and considerate throughout all the details of my mother's service. It was a rather quick turnaround since her passing and the services. yet, Mr. Cassidy remembered details and reminded the staff about our family's wishes. Additionally, my father was apprehensive in seeing his beloved wife in an open casket. Yet, I encouraged him to do so as my Mom looked absolutely beautiful in natural makeup. My dad did say his final goodbye in viewing her open casket, and was overwhelmed with how pretty my mom was resting in peace.
