My husband and I just moved in and were told that we were all set with propane. I had no idea that our address wasn't set up to an account with them. I never received a letter in the mail from them and I have received letters from a few other propane companies to set up an account with them. I reached out that when I saw the propane tanks being taken with gas still in them that were paid for. I am SHOCKED no one reached out to us. Is this how you do business? Also, when I called to figure out what happened the woman was extremely nasty and didn't even ask if we wish to set up an account with them!

Edit: After 5 years of great service, I rented out my house. When I needed someone to come look at the boiler, Crown let me know that my tenant chose another company and wouldn't come out to take a look.Crown has been great for us. They've serviced our boiler for annual maintenance and regular hiccups, and filled our tanks with honest prices and great service for the last 2 years, and many to come.
