It has been several weeks since LICC has completed my home renovation. I am still thrilled how John and his excellent team transformed my home into a more beautiful and efficient living space. The " Creative " part of John's company name is apropos.
John's vision for my space was unique. My family and friends had discussed different ideas for years, but John came up with plans that were not thought of previously. My project had several parts to it, but it was mainly to renovate the kitchen. This involved extending into another room. John suggested adding a powder room. Working with John and their entire team was a great experience. I wanted to add a roof over an existing deck on my summer home. John was patient and helpful with me and my many questions/concerns. The roof came out absolutely great and has added additional outdoor space that I enjoy using with my family. John and his team are true professionals who take pride in what they do and it shows in the workmanship in my completed project.
LICC built our second story deck. From start to finish, the experience was positive. John, along with office manager/miracle worker Jessica, crew members Rich and Junior were professional, personable and efficient every step of the way. The entire team went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. John was at the job virtually every day, addressed any questions or concerns, and there were no surprises at the end. The deck is beyond beautiful and the quality of the craftsmanship is top notch. Thank you John, Jessica, Rich, Junior and all team members. We would use LICC again.
