We originally chose Long Island Creative Contracting to install a tile floor in our kitchen and family room. It was a somewhat difficult project because of uneven elevations between the rooms. John's team completed the project on time and budget and the results were, in a word, spectacular! We recently contracted with John to completely remodel our kitchen. This presented a challenge because we wanted to keep the tile floor he previously installed, however, the tile we originally selected was no longer available. LICC is one of a kind. John, the owner, is the mastermind behind this company. Everything goes through him! He will be in and out of your house several times a day to check on the work being done by his carpenters, plumbers, masons and electricians! My dog got to know John so well, she thought that he was there for her! He is a perfectionist and his team follows his plans to the T. Shout out to Lou, who was a tireless everything worker. Owner, John Pestco and all his contractors did a truly amazing job on my interior renovation in Winter 2024-25. We took out the kitchen, knocked down a weight bearing wall, vaulted the ceiling and redesigned a dream kitchen. We redid a bathroom, replaced windows/sliding doors, new siding, refinished wood floors, replaced sheet rock on ceilings and painted the whole interior. John helped us stay on budget, gave great insight when needed, and got the job down a few weeks AHEAD of time which is unheard of in construction. Everything done was scheduled and well communicated.
