I had the Head Spa with Kristen and it was truly everything I’ve dreamed of! The space at Exhale is so inviting and relaxing, so I felt comfortable right from the moment I walked in. Kristen’s technique was perfect, right amount of pressure, while also providing the necessary relaxation. If I could do this every day, I would - highly recommend!!

I have been going to exhale now for my facials for about 6 months and every time I repair I always feel so refreshed and relaxed. my last cigarette was hands down the best. I was so stressed out when I walked in the door. by the time I left I felt on top of the world My skin was growing and I was so relaxed and my anti-aging facial has kept my skin glowing now for days. going to exhale for appointments with Jess has now become my monthly routine. can't wait to see you next time. girlfriend ! 💃🏽💃🏽 ps I'm 50
