I recently hired a service to open my pool, expecting a smooth and professional experience given my lack of knowledge about pools. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

From the start, it was clear that the technician was more interested in making a quick buck than providing quality service. There was little to no explanation about the process or what to expect, leaving me feeling confused and unsupported. My questions were brushed off, and the technician seemed impatient and disinterested.

Last year we were unable to use our pool as our last pool guy could not clear it. Essentially the summer was a bust. All Clear Pools was recommended to us. From the courteous service on the phones, to Kenny working tirelessly to fix our pool issues. He went above and beyond and we now have a sparkling clear pool.
