If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. They told me my insurance only covers one pair of glasses despite me calling them and confirming that I do get two pairs. And to top it off I paid 60$ for tinted glasses that don’t even tint. What a horrible experience and a waste of my time and money. Not to mention the wife has a horrible attitude. Don’t even waste your time going to these people. I wouldn’t even recommend them to someone I hate. Go to Davis vision works in rocky point.

Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. This time though they would not replace these glasses or help me out on finding a pair that would last more than a year! If I could rate no stars I would.

This place is the WORST. Be warned. Went to get sunglasses as I had Lasix done years ago and don't need a prescription. I am very familiar with my vision insurance and what I am entitled to with my insurance. Dr. Modesto's wife simply does not want to assist with anything and did anything she could to deny the coverage that my insurance provides $150 credit towards frames. She was fighting with my insurance company on the phone, telling them that I do not get $150 off frames because they are not prescription sunglasses. Do not waste your time or money at this place.
