I was referred to apply for this company and I'm so glad that I was! I really needed a job that could offer me fair pay, consistent hours and still be flexible regarding work accommodations that I need due to a back injury. Dana and the rest of the team were very supportive and understanding from the jump. Everyone carries their own weight and is still willing to pitch in at the same time which I really respected and appreciated. The job is steady physical labor and can be fast paced, but I was able to modify the work to my needs and we finished together as a team. Dana took care of my home on Airbnb and Vrbo. Made it Drama free. Detailed cleaning. Staged my house too and gave me ideas to get top dollar for nights and meet guest’s expectations. Her company is more than a cleaning company. It’s a whole program and it’s great.
