The owner of the company, Adam, answered the call and showed up when he said he was going to! Based in Millbrook, he came all the way out to Stormville. He shared that his services all of Dutchess County. My husband and I were so pleased with his knowledge of our system and truly couldn’t have had a more exceptional experience. He replaced our fried capacitor, spruced up the unit and was on his way! We now feel like we have an HVAC company we can rely on when our next HVAC need arises.... read full review

Prompt courteous service and very knowledgeable about the trade. Does the job to completion and cleans up after the job is done. I would definitely recommend them again for any HVAC project. AFM Climate Works is the best!

Foord and his team are amazingly prompt and professional. Businesses these days no longer operate or stand by their work the way he does. My boiler was cracked leaking and needed to be replaced. For whatever reason the home's previous owners had an electric water heater connected to run off the boiler, so they sorted that out for me as well. They were in and out in 3 days and even left my basement cleaner than it was!On top of that just yesterday I woke up to the heat not working in one side of the house. I sent Foord a text at 9:30a.m.; he was at my house by 10:30a.m. It was the zone valve (faulty parts happen not a reflection of his work at all). He even went and... read full review
