“Home Pro Exteriors, Inc. did my roof back in 2018.<br>About a month ago, (September 2024) I noticed that there were yellow jackets on my roof next to the front porch. I sensed that they had found an opening in the fascia of the roof.<br>So I decided to call Bill, the owner of the company, and without any hesitation, he sent two guys to check on my roof. I also learned that they spray I was applying had caused some discoloration of some of the shingles. His employees quickly told me that there was an opening in the fascia, so they closed it and applied a cleaning solution and brushed the fascia and shingles. The workers, who were friendly and respectful, also reinforced part of my porch to keep the flying insects out.<br>The next day, I texted Bill thanking him and asking him if there was a charge, to which he quickly said, "No." That was a very nice surprise and since today is Halloween, I considered it a real treat!<br>This is what I call great service from a serious and reliable company.<br>Thank you again Bill !!!!“
