James and his crew were prompt in their response time and able to figure out our unique septic issue immediately. They troubleshooted other electrical issues that were encountered along the way with complete resolution. I had an issue with my septic tank and I have dealt with other companies before reaching out to united, when I called I reached them after office hours after leaving a message with their on call person it didn’t take more than a half hour for someone to call me back they told me to call them back the next day for a qoute I got a quote also after a half your the next day, the came the same day they gave me the quote and charged me a lot less then the other other company wanted to charge me. I am extremely grateful for their prompt and affordable service. Thank you
