Serrano II is our go to guy for multiple roof replacements in our condominium over the past years, and currently. Their work ethic and responsibilty is better than the competition. Their work has stood the test of time, and you can be assured you are getting the best value, and workmanship, for your money. We have multiple roofs scheduled or done already this season in our 6 unit buildings. The owner is hands on to assure a smooth operation, with as little inconvienence as possible. We look forward to contracting with them for years to come.

I was referred to Serrano roofing by a friend who knew their work and I am so happy that it worked out. They visited the house, checked inside and outside, then gave what seemed like a very fair quote. The work was completed and the results are excellent. I am very pleased with their service. they are qualified, responsive and I would recommend them with no reservations.
