I read the reviews but took a chance.I thought I needed to get the USB c replaced because the phone was no longer charging with cable, only wireless was working.So iCalled to see if they did that work. Staff mentioned bring in the phone, so he inspect it. He also mentioned that I should repair instead of replace it so I don't ruin the phones warranty, and I can keep the factory parts all in tact. He mentioned it would take around 20 minutes. And 20 minutes or under it was it was.?only 40$for my phone to get repaired. I didn't have to send out my phone or be with out it for hours. Thanks you phone fix company ?

I have been going to Phone Fix for years. The owner is so kind and extremely educated in electronics. His workers are exceptional. They can change out batteries, and replace broken screens in minutes. They made it seem so easy, that I purchased all of the parts to change my own screen and battery one time, lol and it is not easy and I would never try that again. I literally after a week, brought all the pieces to them to see if they could put my phone back together after all of the damage I did. THEY DID!!.I am so happy to see that they have upgraded into a store at the Galleria. The store looks amazing. I went to them when they first started, and they were a small shop... read full review

My son cracked his screen really bad and was unable to call or text. I got my son’s iPhone fix in 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Best price in town!! Employees were very nice and made sure the phone worked completely before I left. My son said “wow this looks like a brand new phone!”
