I want to first of say the 90% of the staff are excellent including eye doctors. There is one staff that goes over the glasses with you that is rude, short and unconcerned about customer service. If I could post the unsigned slop that she gave me of a prescription. She gets rude when you say you're going elsewhere other than them for glasses or lenses. I had to go back 3 times for a clear prescription for my multiple prescriptions. When I came back she gave me a dirty look instead of fixing the issue as the other kind staff did when they saw me clearly upset. I came here to say for my eyes to be checked. They did outstanding job checking my eyes. The customer service I got from this women who had her arm in a sling with blonde hair She always gives the best customer service when I was. Looking for my eye wear

Courtney was so patient and helpful as I tried on numerous pairs of sun glasses. She gave suggestions based on my style and what I was looking for. Gave honest feedback and helped me pick out 2 very awesome pairs. She even looked up my previous pairs to see if they still make them. Really appreciate Courtney's patience and help.
